METOCLEAN Dust Cleaning Rollers (DCR) for adhesive (tacky) DCR-Pads

Similar DCR rollers are offered otherwise at highest prices but poor qualities. In some cases the handrollers simply don't do the job they are designed for and even can contaminate the substrates with debris or even silicone spots.

METOCLEAN DCR rollers are designed to perfectly clean the surfaces of flat panels, screens, foils etc from loose particles in sizes down to 0,5 µm and then transfer these dust parts to the adhesive, tacky pads without any recontamination of the elastomer rolls or the substrates to be cleaned. The DCR can be used in any industry to remove dry, unattached particles of contamination from a production process to increase yield and improve quality.

Low quality handrollers don't offer ball bearing for smooth and clean rolling. Some simply scratch steel on plastic bearings and then generate finest dust with every rotation, invisible for the human eye but big enough to cause technical trouble in the subsequential manufacturing processes.

All parts are designed for long-life cycle, the ball bearing guarantee no generation of wear debris. All handrollers are made with a special composition of elastomer rubbers wíth enduring tackyness to uptake dust, hair, dander, debris, etc down to a particle size of 0,5 µm from any surface. The dust then is transferred to METOCLEAN adhesive, tacky pads (DCR-Pads) where it is trapped.

The handle and holders are made of impact-proof plastics, aluminium or stainless steel, don't break in case of dropping and offer a balanced handling.

The elastomer rubber rolls can be cleaned with hand warm water or using our METOCLEAN IPA wipes.

The hand rollers are available in various types, widths and shore hardnesses, also as static dissipative version (ESD) to meet any technical requirement for DRS-cleaning
