BGA-Inspection

BGA-Inspection requires aside the ESD-safety of all components and the entire work bench in particular microscope components that supply excellent images at demanding light situations.

Flexia-D1 Ultra complete system ASM157
to inspect BGA, µBGA, CSP and FlipChip and all other components on populated circuit boards.
Our Set includes all components you need for ESD-safe BGA-inspection, incl. ESD-table mat, wrist band and grounding cord.

Flexia-D1 a versatile and flexible digital video microscope with ultra small BGA-zoom-lens for 90° angle view below components. The light tubes mounted bpth sides of the BGA-lens offer enough light to illuminate the arrays. An additional fibre optic lamp brings additional light from the opposite end of the chip, so you can see the entire ball grid array (examples see below).

The handy C-Mos digital camera offers 1,38 MPix resolution, true colour is connected to the USB 2.0 port of your computer. It only weighs 200 gram in its ESD safe housing.

The Ultra-BGA-Zoom-Lens supplies high resolution, brilliant images of BGA arrays up to 25 mm deep and 50 µm height

With the cross moving table with 2 fine screws you move the PCB in x/y direction alongside the video camera system.

The included optics for 100x magnification and the 8-80x zoom-lens fache extend the range of applications. Also rigid endoscope lenses can be mounted to the camera to make it a perfect video-endoscope.

The software included to the set svaes the images and also allows precise measures of distances, radius, diameter, angles etc. when calibrated with the special scale. It is easy to handle. The measured data are exported to an Excel file, the images can be saved in formats JPG, TIFF and Bitmap..

Flexia-D1 Standard Complete System ASM155 è to top

This complete set is also ESD-safe and includes all components you need for BGA-inspection.

The Flexia D1-camera system is the same as above.

The attachment lenses however are standard BGA-lens with 90° view angle and a 6-60x makro zoom lense with LED ring light. The 100x lens, ESD-stand and the brush lamp incl. stand is also included to the set.

This set can be completed with further components of the Flexia series.
