Drills Series 129 - Ideal for all common printed circuit boards

Type G129:
most commonly used straight drills. Suitable for machining FR4, CEM-3 and Halogen-free laminates
Diameter 0,75 to 1,5 mm, step 0,05 mm, 130° point angle, flute length 9,5 to 12,0 mm

Type G129QV
High rigidity with excellent hole registration accuracy:
Diameter 0,02 to 1,0 mm, step 0,05 mm, 130° point angle, flute length 0,5 to 10,5 mm

Type G129FP
Suitable for FPC and PTFE with sharp cutting teeth for preventing burr and smear generation
Diameter 0,05 to 1,0 mm, step 0,05 mm, 130° point angle, flute length 0,5 to 10,5 mm

Type G129MB è to top

Reasonable design to ensure sharp cutting edges. High rigidity and excellent chip removal
capability. Suitable for machining metal-base boards
Diameter 1,0 mm to 2,0, step 0,05 mm, 165° point angle, flute length 7 to 8.5 mm

Type G129UC è to top

Most commonly used undercut drills for reducing friction between drills and hole wall
Excellent hole wall quality
Diameter 0,05 to 2,0 mm, step 0,05 mm, 130° point angle, flute length 0,5 to 10,5 mm

Type G129UCQH è to top

Composite drill bits, designed with good performance of wear resistance.
Suitable for machining common PCBs but also suitable for hard PCBs such as high Tg and halogen-free
Diameter 0,25 mm to 1,0 mm, step 0,05 mm, 130° point angle, flute length 7 to 8.5 mm

Type G129UCQT è to top

With thinning at the tip these undercut drills encounter considerably less turning resistance
compared to conventional drills. This results in prolonged tool life,
significantly improved hole wall quality and hole registration accuracy
Diameter von 0,20 mm to 0,70 mm, step 0,05 mm, 130° point angle, flute length 3,5 to to 8.5 mm

Type 131 è to top

These drills have drill diameter larger than the shank diameter of 3,175 mm
The max. drill diameter of this series is 6,5 mm.

Similar to type 131 these drills of type 131 CB have an additional chip breaker and
web-thinning features that help to reduce turning resistance and improve chip removal
