Measuring Microscopes with built in scale
Measuring Microscopes Series PEAK 2008 All Series 2008 measuring microscopes are focused by the coaxial rotation of the barrel. Versions with enlargements of 25 x, 50 x, 75 x and 100 x are available. The ocular can be focused to the scale, which in contrast to the Series 2034 is not built into the ocular. The measuring scale is separately fitted above the cylinder in a receptacle. The measuring scale can be easily changed by unscrewing the top of the barrel. Since the scale can be rotated within the microscope, you do not have to revolve the whole instrument during the measuring process. In addition two other templates are available. These can be used for measuring angle designations as well as making simple length measurements. No exchangeable objectives are available for the measuring microscopes. A small, practical transport box protects the precise instrument, which only weighs 83 grams, against damage. The clear acrylic base and the cup of the eyepiece can be ordered as spare parts. We also offer a lamp as an important accessory. This makes it easier to measure on dark surfaces and under poor illumination conditions. Two 1.5-volt mignon batteries power the instrument. The acrylic base has to be screwed off to fit the lighting unit. The lamp is then inserted from above, and locks into a mounting groove. The broad base of the unit also increases the stability of the combined unit of microscope and lamp
An optional illumination set 2008-LH is available. Measuring Microscope Series PEAK 2009 The Shop Microscope is widely used as a universal measurer. Despite its small-sized and lightweight mechanism, it has very useful devices for practical efficiency. For example, its rack and pinion focusing makes operation very simple and smooth. Furthermore, observation in dark places is possible because it is attached with an illumination device using one penlight battery. Also, it has built-in precision scales for measuring. With the above-mentioned advantages, the Shop Microscope is useful in a large number of fields, including surface inspections, centering, blade inspection, measuring diameters of small holes, inspecting plates and printed matter, measuring meshes of textiles, inspecting yarn, inspecting skins, observation of slides, and in the electronics field
PEAK 2010 Brinnel-Microscope
The Peak
Brinnel Microscope was especially designed to measure the impression of the
Brinnel hardness meter. Magnification: 20x Scale steps: 5/100 mm (25/10000") Field of view: 7,2 mm Scale length: 6,0 mm
Measuring Microscope PEAK 2034
The standard
microscope is characterised by its easy and straightforward use. Simply place
the microscope over the area to be inspected, focus – and you’re ready. Thanks
to the transparent acrylic foot the surface to be checked is visible from all
sides, thus facilitating the location of the area to be measured. Focusing is
carried out by turning the barrel coaxially. Due to the short path within the
microscope, the image of the object appears inverted.
Wide range of accessories is available. è to top
Measuring Microscope PEAK 2054 / 2054 EIM The microscopes of series 2054 is available as Standard- or EIM-Version (right reading feature) The
advantage of this series over the 2034 microscope series is the right
reading feature. An additional prism reverses the path inside the
microscope. The right reading image of the area to be checked facilitates the
location of faults. Particularly the inspection of paintwork in the automobile
industry is much easier with the 2054-EIM series of microscopes. For work on
continuous production lines the possibility to focus quickly with a knob, rack
and pinion assembly is particularly advantageous.
Measuring Microscope PEAK 2054 CIL
The measuring
microscopes of the 2054-CIL series are equipped as a standard with coaxial
illumination from the side. The advantages of coaxial illumination are
illustrated by the application examples shown on this page. Surface
structures, particularly those on chrome or other reflective materials, are
often not easy to inspect with illumination lateral. The 2054-CIL with
standard foot is available for 40x magnification and up. Combined with the MST
stand the 2x objective is also possible. For work on rollers, the microscope
needs to be used with the MST stand. The additional side lighting facilitates,
for instance, the inspection and measurement of dots in prints. The use of a
digital camera is possible just as much as the subsequent upgrading of
equipment with a CCD camera.
